The only ones i have read are the
Wolves Next Door series from Auryn Hadley (with a Latina Main)
Feathers and Fate Series from Sadie Moss (But she is an Angel so skin color is darker but with no cultural impact behind that)

Power of Lies - another Auryn Hadley, fantasy with LOTS of sex.

Bethany's Salvation - sci-fi alien goodness.

These are the only ones I can think of at the moment.

My Beautiful Monsters Series by J.B. Trepagnier might be the one you are looking for it is an urban fantasy that doesn't have an impact on culture more about her heritage and the mystery involving it because of her powers.

I believe that Kristy Cunning series "The Dark Side" might be WOC but it has been a while since I read these books.

if these are not to your liking and are looking for more you can try asking the "get booked" podcast contributors it's a reading recommendation that shows that you send in a request and they help you with your book needs. if you do put in as much detail as possible and say what books you have read that why they don't recommend a book you have already read.
