Liz V. (wwwgoodreadscomlizv) | 42615 comments Thank you Emma.

I should have been clearer as to Miller/Christenson. I didn't think you could add anything to Miller's profile but hoped a cross reference could be added (as you did) to Christenson's, as 1 book in the profile lists Miller as secondary author with no indication that Christenson is pen name.

Emma | 397 comments A few more:

#558: Done. Please note that I completely removed "J MacArthur" from Language, a Heaven-Born Gift. As you mentioned, the book was first published in 1855, long before John F. MacArthur Jr. was born. Verified with WorldCat, which has Karel Pieter ter Reehorst as the only author.

#559: Done

#562: Done. Please note that I kept Patrick Geary, as there is one work of fiction that does not seem to be written by Patrick J. Geary

#558: Fixed, please note that the profiles were merged into Richard L. Mayhue (not mentioned in post).

#562 as mentioned in #961: Done

#564: Done

#565: Done. Your note about John F. Kitto was right, not the same as John Kitto. Added a short note on John F. Kitto's profile from his Authority Record in the Library of Congress to clarify the difference between the two.

#566, #567: Done

Oh and I believe you forgot to mark #559 as done (see #960), unless there was a reason that one is still open.

Emma | 397 comments Hahaha you caught it before I could even post! I work on this thread when I have a moment during the day and I typically wait with posting a comment until the end of the day. Thank you Emma.

Note #572.

It is so much easier to catch issues such as coauthors or edition information once some of the detritus is cleared but sometimes I overrun librarian notes.

#573: Done, see new Charles Cotton (2^). The "author" Collins GCSE needs more work. Some of these books don't have any person listed as author on WorldCat and the publisher's website, but some do. I was already able to move some books to: Emma Poole, Ian Kirby, Ian Honeysett, Nathan Goodman and Macauley Allison. I will give this another sweep.

Emma | 397 comments Oof! I missed a few there indeed.

#614 and #978: I did keep Joyce Kilmer as the main profile, since this is the name he published under (preferred by the Library of Congress over Alfred Joyce Kilmer). I kept the latter as secondary profile, because it does appear on some book titles.

Francis Duffy appears twice in author line of Bennetts Associates Four Commentaries

The reason I mentioned Alfred is that, yesterday when I click clicked on the 3 books under the profile, all show showed only Joyce Kilmer with no secondary author. That's why I thought it might be a cache issue. Today, there's a single book with Alfred as secondary.

As to #974, you had indicated an intent to review, and I was struck with guilt. I frequently start with "simple" issues that morph into monsters and felt compelled to relieve you of some of the burden of researching everything. You are, however, an excellent researcher and will find more no doubt.
