Hello and welcome, I'm Rick Beyer, and I'm excited to have a new book coming out November 3, The Greatest Science Stories Never Told. If you have questions about that book, or any previous books, or anything else, please feel free to hurl them my way. Perhaps I could turn the format on its head and ask you a question. People are always asking me what my favorite history story is. So I would like to know what YOURS is...whether it is from one of my books or not! I love discovering new history stories, and have my whole life. So please share--or if there's one that you liked in one of the books, please tell me. I do have a few favorites of my own, and I'm willing to divulge them, but I want to know what you like first!

I recently read Right or Wrong, God Judge Me: THE WRITINGS OF JOHN WILKES BOOTH, which includes several documents I wasn't familiar with: his undelivered Philadelphia speech (1860), with its deranged ideology ("men have no right to entertain opinions which endanger the safety of the country") and the "To Whom it May Concern" letter.
