Visited Portland Oregon with Ursula K. Le Guin: The Last Interview and Other Conversations by Ursula K. Le Guin 4.5 stars. While some of the interviews took place at her mother's home in Berkeley CA, the majority took place at Ursula Le Guin's home in Portland. Great book 4.5 stars.

Besides the online world, Ready Player One by Ernest Cline visits 3 states in the future; Oklahoma, Ohio and Oregon. I picked Oklahoma as that's where Wade starts out.

In The Doll's House by Neil Gaiman the serial killer convention takes place at a hotel in Georgia. Not ever visiting there again. :0) 3.5 stars

A very short visit to Hawaii in this graphic novel collection, Ms. Tree, Vol. 4: Deadline by Max Allan Collins 3.5 stars. Ms. Tree heads to Hawaii in the 2nd part of Death, Danger and Diamonds to help a fellow PI exact revenge on a pair of murderers.

According to google, The Field Guide by Tony DiTerlizzi, the first Spiderwick Chronicles book, takes place in Maine. Who am I to argue. 4.0 stars

I had a few states to choose from with Wanderers Wanderers (Wanderers, #1) by Chuck Wendig by Chuck Wendig as the story did visit quite a few. But it all ended up in Colorado so I'll check off that particular state. 4.5 stars
