What Are You Currently Reading - 2022
I'm excited to start 2022 and ease back on my challenge a little bit. This year has been a bit stressed trying to get it done.

It helps me to set a goal a little bit lower than I can do so this way I can easily pass it. It is even more satisfying to see that and I don't get stressed usually :)
I agree with everyone, this year I plan on reading books I actually want to read. Some of the books I read last year I could have done without.
i'm reading Lolita, which may not fit the conventional horror genre classification, but personally i find it very disturbing. which is why i'm into it, i guess!

It's really well written, and like you, I found it a bit horrifying.

I'm trying to get through my to be read pile, because it's getting out of hand. I started with a book I had begun last year, but never finished- Cursed Objects: Strange But True Stories of the World's Most Infamous Items
@Sugar, that book sounds really intriguing. It seems like one to rad off and on while reading something else. Going to look into it.

Still reading They Thirst by McCammon (I´m in the last third now), finished Chasing the Boogeyman yesterday (5/5) and now started with The Loop!
I started Fantasticland by Mike Bockoven. I don't remember how I got this ebook copy but it was quite some time ago. I found the audiobook and am listening to it.
I'm currently reading Good Neighbors by Good Neighbors, and while it defies genre, I am definitely finding it horrifying!
Since I paid for Audible this month (accidentaly) I might as well dive in. I also started My best friend's exorcism by Grady Handrix and it s quite entertaining for now; gradual as it should be I think.
Just started "The Troop" by Nick Cutter! Here's to a great rest of the weekend :-)
just started one of the group reads for this month! based on the first two chapters, seems promising.
I enjoyed The Troop a lot...just like Cutter's other novels. Old school meat and potatoes horror! :) The Deep was my favorite.
Horrid by Katrina Leno. I'm barely 100 pages in, but it's really interesting so far!
