Wow, that was so fast! Thank you very much. I was referring to the Google Books preview, which I had--it seems--incorrectly assumed was acceptable.

Here's a list of acceptable sources. Amazon is usually the easiest, since there is a big button for it on every book page.
The cover of this book can be found by searching "9780062945679" into Google and then clicking on the Google Books preview.
