It doesn't matter if this round is finished or not. When E.M. puts up new forming rounds, you can join, providing you have finished your reviews in whatever round you are in.

I believe she is planning to start some new ones soon. (She asked me if I would mod, which of course, I said I would).

I don't know everytime I check it says it won't post it because it is not accepting my accounts review. I didn't have the problem with the others it is just this one.
