Chapter 1 � 7 :(view spoiler)[ I feel like nothing even happened so far, the introductions for the various characters seems so painstakingly long. Nana’s will reading was an absolute joke. I still don’t understand their family dynamics even to understand her decision. I am hoping this would pick up soon. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 8 � 14 : (view spoiler)[Oh, this picked up alright. The deaths were brutal and I have absolutely no clue who might be responsible, but probably not Conor. The family is dysfunctional for sure but I can’t see any of them going around killing people. I immediately put Conor in the clear so it would be so epic if by some twisted logic, he ends up being the culprit (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 15 � 21 : (view spoiler)[I wasn’t expecting Trixie to be targeted next�.now I am wondering whether her unnamed dad is involved somehow. I even had a hunch that Conor might be the dad? IDK seems wild. But Daisy did say that all three sisters were taken with him so. Still, it’s absurd to think that he would kill someone who saved him back when he was a kid (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 22 � 30 : (view spoiler)[Everyone keeps saying that Nana lost her marbles but this book is making me think that literally EVERYONE in the Darker family is insane. Daisy herself has been acting like an obsessed person since she was little and now I really won’t be surprised if it turns out that she killed Nana and dad out of jealousy (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 31 � 40 : (view spoiler)[This is starting to feel a bit stretched mostly because I am getting tired of reading about all the past. Trixie is definitely Conor’s daughter and I even doubted her for a second, she could have easily injected herself and made sure to be found on time. Idk it’s all a mess in my head (hide spoiler)]

Finished: (view spoiler)[WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS????? I don’t know whether to feel amazed or betrayed tbh. On one hand, I am really annoyed because …who even believes in ghosts, let alone such an elaborate story about one and on the other, I should say this was brilliantly executed. 25% (view spoiler)[ Daisy's messed up family was introduced, I'm having doubts the way Rose behave but Lily is a badass! Daisy's past and present keep on changing everytime she remembers something, the Daisy's present events is kinda slow... but we'll see i guess (hide spoiler)]

50% (view spoiler)[ The killing is starting and clues about Daisy's secret are everywhere. Love the poem though. There are just awesome one liner quotes everywhere and I love it! (hide spoiler)]

75% (view spoiler)[ Why do they keep on separating from each other, if i were on this one (hope not) I will be good by just staying on the porch while waiting for the tides. But that would be boring right. I'm guessing the murderer who ever it is has a help with somebody. (hide spoiler)]
