What should we do next year?

I'm doing better at reading my owned books, so this coming year I should be able to shift focus and to find books that fit the themes on my huge OpenLibrary list and make a dent on it.
I'd be willing to try two challenges.
For my second choice, anything but Decade.
My very favorite activity is Pick-it-for-Me relay, but I guess that doesn't count as a challenge. Should I set up a thread for that separately?

The Monthly Challenge, "The" Challenge, and The Alphabet Challenge next year.
I've also decided to give the Alphabet Challenge a tweak, so for the harder to find letters - Q, U, V, X, Z - you will be able to count the title as long as the letter is there, for example: eQual rights, perfUme, hiVe, eXtreme, oZone.
And, for those who replied, a little surprise. I will tell you the monthly theme for January so you can get busy searching for the perfect book to fit. Please do not start reading it until Jan. 1, as that would be cheating, honor system, people!
The theme is NEW - it can be the new book that you got for Christmas, a self-help book to create a new you, a book with new in the title - use your imagination. This year I will ask that everybody explains their book choice and why it fits the theme.
I hope to see you all signing up next year.
Let's make it the best book reading year ever!

I can't afford to buy any books right now so depend on drawing from what I have on Mt TBR
And I'll just do 1. I'm already involved in trying to reduce Mt TBR, and a local book club with a monthly challenge.

I'd like you all to vote by commenting the letter from the choices below.
You may choose up to 3.
A. - Alphabet Challenge
B. - A-1 Challenge
C. - "The" Challenge
D. - Decade Challenge
E. - Monthly Challenge (A new theme every month.)
Part 2
How many challenges would you enjoy doing in 2023?
Comment 1, 2, or 3.
