I'd say it changed my behavior completely when I first read it. I wasn't very good at making friends and thanks to this book I understood why, I would definitely recommend reading it, especially the first chapters. The last ones are a bit too business oriented and are more aimed at getting what you need. It will help you understand why people connect with others and how to get well with others.

One more thing I'd like to stress out is that it's a bit difficult to follow some rules and it's easy to lose the habit. For example I'm having problems keeping following them at the moment, but when I did soon after reading this book, I can assure you it was very good and I felt very well having sincere friendships. It's all about being sincere, so you should feel good when following them and sometimes it's difficult, so don't fake it too much if you don't feel you can.
