Rosh ~catching up slowly~ (roshreviews) | 642 comments Luminous: The Story of a Radium Girl by Samantha Wilcoxson
Luminous The Story of a Radium Girl by Samantha Wilcoxson
An indie novel focussing on the life story of Catherine Donohue, the woman who filed a suit against Radium Dial for not letting its employees know about the harm caused by radium. The book goes a bit overboard on faith-related elements, bit it contains a heartbreaking story that is a must-read.
