message 18: by Carrot (new)

Carrot | 32 comments Does anyone want to buddy read with me? I like fantasy books, mostly with fairytale elements in them. Honestly, I'm a pretty average-paced reader, reading for about 2-3 hours each day (70-100 words). I would prefer books that are somewhere between middle-grade and young-adult, either is fine, though. Something like the School for Good and Evil would be great. Series or standalone doesn't matter!

Just post some books that you have in mind. I do want to read more fantasy. I have not read The School for Good and Evil (never heard of it) So no idea if that kind of book is something I like.

The School for Good and Evil is basically a school where they train to be fairytale Heros or villains. Maybe something like the Goose Girl, or Heartless. It's more fairytale retellings that I'm looking for. If you have anything in mind, we could try it as well.

I read it years ago, so I can't remember much. I gave it 3 stars so I must have enjoyed it. I didn't write a review
