Hi All,

I've been trying to update the books challenges for April and I'm seeing a pretty serious issue. When I look at people's posts, I don't think I'm seeing everything that should be there... For instance, when I look at books in a series, I should have 3 books listed, but when I look, it's only showing 2. Then, when I click "Edit Post", all 3 books are there and when I click "Save", now all 3 books show up..... Is anyone else seeing this?

@Linda H - I saw this on your mini-book chain, the last 3 books were missing from your list of 5.

I saw this on one of mine. Don't remember which one. Thought I had forgotten to add a book but when I clicked "Edit Post" it was there.

Yep, that's what I thought too, but then I was seeing that lots of you had deleted books that's I'd previously recorded in my spreadsheet... So it's a bug. I've reported it, hopefully GR tech teams will be able to correct it.... Thanks, Wanda!

I noticed this when I was putting in some books. Books I thought I'd put in weren't there, but when I clicked to edit they were. This also happened when I went to add books to my Popsugar and ATY challenge also.

So just an FYI.

I had originally placed books in the "Books in a Series" challenge folder. However, last month I had removed the books from this category and moved them into other categories (as they worked better for me in the other categories). But today I noticed that my original posting in the "Books in a Series" challenge folder listed the books again. Weird! I'm not sure if this is part of the folder issue discussed here but just thought I'd let everyone know.

I have my own spreadsheet for my books for this year's challenges and will have to double check my other challenge folders to make sure my books are all reporting in the correct folder.

Stephanie - I have removed the books again from my "Books in a Series" post but we'll have to see if it sticks.

Yes, I think this a part of the problem that was previously reported. Any post that was edited after March 5th (which was the last time I took a book count) will have the problem. Updates that were added to an existing post won't show up, but will be visible it you click on the Edit Post button. Thanks for the update. I'll let you all know if/when I hear back from Tech Support team.

I just noticed I had books missing from several folders. I've gone back and added them again. Good thing I keep a spreadsheet.

I think this issue has been resolved. However, if you made any updates in March/April/May to an existing thread, those updates might have been lost. I checked a few of my entries and see that I did lose updates. I will be doing a book count over the weekend, so please check your book entries and make sure you've not lost anything...

I actually went back and checked all of my folders with my personal spreadsheet. I had to correct a few folders but everything is looking good now.
