I contacted the GR staff to have the ISBNs moved to the hardcover edition.

The ISBNs re. msge #3 have meanwhile been released and reconnected to the hardcover.

Just received an email that the other ISNBs (re msge # 5) have now also been moved to the hardcover edition.
