Not sure how nitpicky you are with your challenges, Nancy, but it really isn't artificial intelligence. It is human intelligences put into machine bodies rather than machine intelligences.
I just finished re-listening to Lock In a couple weeks ago. I am not going to reread so soon, but I may pop into the discussion.

Thanks for letting me know Cora. I still want to read it. AI has been interpreted in some creative ways in sci-fi fantasy books.* I’ll probably read a nonfiction AI book as well. I think we’re going to be seeing a lot more nf books now that AI will be in more hands. (Grading papers is going to get a lot harder.)
*The tagline for TJ Klune’s new book could be Pinocchio Meets Terminator. I think people of a certain age have internalized Terminator as a prediction of the future.

I have the one narrated by Amber Benson, and her voice seems to fit well. I like Wil Wheaton too, but it’s hard for me to hear his voice without picturing his character on Big Bang Theory.
I’d like to read it, and I already own it. November is too busy for me though. It fits a 2024 challenge prompt (a book involving artificial intelligence), so January would be good. If it fits our December tag, that would work too. I’m sure I have other AI books.
