CavyNomes | 14 comments I am wondering if you guys log ALL of the books you read?

I have a 3yo and a 1yo so I read a lot of board books.
I haven't been making them as 'read' because I didn't want my total of books read per year to be... artificially inflated?
I certainly wouldn't log every time I reread, and I already log children's books that I read for myself.

Curious where everyone else stands with this.

Carole888 (ozcarole888) | 18 comments I log some of the children’s books that I really love (in case I want to get them as gifts for others) but don’t date them so they are not included in my reading list for the year.

Cheryl (cherylllr) I log all the books because I review all the books.

If I were a parent of minor children, I would set up a family account or proxy accounts so that the children would have records of their own reads.

I read a boatload of children's books because I am co-moderator of the Children's Books group here on goodreads, and, so, yes, it could be argued that my number is inflated. But I'm not competitive so that doesn't bother me.
