I doubt if a 2018 book is without ISBN...

I've only been able to find a 2016 paperback edition; is this merely a new cover for the 2018 edition with the same ISBN (9788838935442)? In other words: should we create an Alternate Cover Edition?
Is there no info at all at the book's colofon page?
