I enjoyed Dark Places and Gone Girl so thought this would be a good book to read for this week.

Samantha | 122 comments I am not sure the mystery of who the killer was that big a mystery but thought the history and ongoing story of Camille that made it worth reading. All the primary characters seemed to be interesting and their stories added to the book as well.

Audra (audri8301) I'm also reading this one for this week, but I'm only about halfway done so far. I should be able to finish it up this weekend.

Samantha | 122 comments I think that dark and creepy is a good description! Not sure if it makes me creepy too but l tend to enjoy these types of books.

Audra look forward to hearing what you think

I think I preferred this to Gone Girl since at least some of the characters seemed like okay people just struggling with their demons.

Samantha | 122 comments I too think I liked it better than Gone Girl and for the same reason that the characters seemed more likable (something I recently noticed seems to affect my enjoyment).

Your spoiler was definitely a creepy touch!

Samantha | 122 comments Hi Keeks - hope you enjoy let us know what you think.

Kathi (kathijo) | 78 comments I am a couple weeks behind in my reading but chose this one. A bizarre choice for me really since, unlike most people, I despised Gone Girl. But I already have it on my Kindle so I will give it a shot! Glad to read some people liked it better than GG.
