I second Lear.

While all four selections have been previous group reads, I don’t think this is eligible, as it is a collection. I thought the rule was no collections (unless it is poetry), only individual books.

Kimberly we did read some of these stories, "The Dream of a Ridiculous Man", "Notes From the Underground", "White Nights" and in the short story category. The House of the Dead is a full-length book, but this nomination has selections from the novel. I think it is a good nomination, but it needs some refining. In the past, it has been difficult to discuss an entire collection. Could you please choose one of the stories to nominate or perhaps just the full-length book? Thank you for your nomination.
I know the way Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ treats short stories can make things confusing at times. A person might have a link to one particular short story and the next thing you know your link has been merged with a collection.

I totally understand. Thank you and we'll make it clear in the nominations process. I have actually started just typing in the name of short stories in my challenges because links change so frequently.

If you get something you don't want, just change the name and the number manually. Goodread's search system is really bad.

Exactly right. Thank you Siddharth.

4. One nomination and one second per member will be allowed. A nomination can be changed only until it has been seconded. Once seconded, in fairness to the member making the second, the nomination will stand.
You may change a second from one book to another. Please state which book you originally seconded and which you would like to change to.
