I feel like this question has been asked before, sorry if I’m repeating it but I can’t find the answer.. Can we use one book for multiple tasks?

Hello!

Unfortunately, no. One book per task. The only exception to this rule is if you combine graphic novels/manga together to equal over 100 pages and they all must work for that task.

Technical GR-related question:
Is there a way to search within the tagged shelves? Ex: Cursed books or all the other shelves we have for this challenge (Renaissance, Dark Comedy, Abuse, etc.)
I honestly never know how to do that or to make sure the book is part of said shelf.

I sometimes can guess when it is part of the tags/MPG. But I don't know how to do it, if you can guide me please😊

Hmm, well, you could do a ctrl f to "search" for a certain book title on a shelf. Or the same thing when looking through pages of tags for a particular book. I wish there was a search bar when you are looking at a shelf or a list, but I don't think there is one.

im jw because i normally dont write reviews for books unless they are arcs.

If you don't want to do a review, we do accept 4-5 status updates. Also, a review doesn't have to be super long or detailed. It can be 1-2 sentences really. OR you can write a small review when you are posting on your team's review thread. Here are some examples,

Status updates, look at reading process: /review/show...
Small review: /review/show...
Review in post: /topic/show/...

If you started a book before September but read 100+ pages in September, you can count the pages you read in September towards a task. If you read less than 100 pages in September, your book will only count for page points only and again you would put how many you read in the month of September.

If the task doesn't specify a type of hunting, all versions of it are acceptable.

What happens if you are using an arc for a task and there isnt any page numbers up?

Yes, if Amazon has a page count - you can use that if GR doesn't have one :) Sorry for just seeing this now
