Dan, a month with a Karin Slaughter and two James Lee Burke's looks like a very good month to me.
I enjoyed This is Why We Lied; don't think I have read either of those two James Lee Burkes yet. I really enjoyed the 'locked-room' Turton book. My queue has me ready to get to The Godfather of Kathmandu as next up - someday.

We read The Last Murder at the End of the World as a group, you probably know. Interested in how you liked it.

I enjoyed the book. It did get a little confusing trying to follow the changing guilty party.
