Yes, if you started a book before February, you would only add the pages you read in February for this challenge. If you read more than 100 pages in February, it can count towards a word.
Now if you started a book in February but finished it in March? Then you can count the whole book since this challenge is for both months.

It currently lists 112, the actual pages is 176.
