Hi,
I'm starting this as a General thread for people looking for books that don't seem to be available anywhere.

For example:
I'm looking for Book 5 in "The Sunchild Chronicles" by Lou Hoffmann. I think it was on the way to being published when Dreamspinner Press acquired Harmony Ink Press in 2019 or so (a VERY sad day for YA LGBTQ authors, readers & books).

It was to be called "Kaynenh's Triad" and there's a full Chapter at the end of Book 4, Dragon's Rise by Lou Hoffmann.

I sent a request to Dreamspinner Press to find out any information, but I'm not terribly hopeful.

Any ideas?

Try to find and ask the author.

You could try asking the question here on GR on the author profile - I don't know if the author is still around but they have answered questions there before.

Dreamspinner has become a very unethical press these days, and a lot of authors left them - it is possible they retitled the book. But also possible they did not rerelease - I know other authors who did not.

They also seem to be on Facebook (with a post as recent as Dec) - try asking the author there and scanning their profile might give you clues.
