Malcolm Gladwell uses case studies to illustrate how ideas are successful or not. Most of it centers around the people that carry the message and how they connect with others - not all of it is verbal communication.
I enjoyed listening to the author reading his book.

I just read Revenge of the Tipping Point, which is also very good. I agree that Gladwell does a great job with the audiobook, unlike many authors.
