Does six of crows deserves reading?

yes, yes, and yes
do u need to read S&B?
only if u want more details about the worldbuilding, because six of crows doesn't go into detail about it, since, yknow, it's a sequel. other than that, then no.

But that’s my opinion

what are u talking about? there are multiple romances: enemies to lovers, slow burn (and I don't take that lightly; it is extremely slow, but the yearning is part of the fun), and I guess another enemies to lovers, but with a strong element of found family, plus that last one is of a gay relationship :)

I read Shadow and Bone after failing multiple times to understand what in the world Six of Crows was talking about. I think Leigh sorta assumed, in writing SoC, that you had already read Shadow and Bone.
I'd read S&B before, but it is really up to you!
Also do I need to read shadow and bone series before?
