1. Keep to the Topics:
If you can, please keep to the topics! We have new members joining everyday, and it could get a little confusing for everyone if random chatter is plastered everywhere...There is a chatroom VAMPLOVERz CHAT ROOM for that.
2. NO Cyber Bullying:
Please treat everyone with respect, we don't want anyone to feel threatened in this group, since we're an all ages group. So please keep it friendly. Fail to abide will result in member being deleted.
3. Cussing:
All we ask is that swearing is kept to a minimum as we are a family friendly group. It's one thing to cuss in a conversation, but when you're cussing AT someone, it's a whole different matter and will be classed as CYBER BULLYING. This would result in instant deletion of member.
4. Posting new threads:
When posting a new thread, please check the discussion board if there is already a thread posted similar to what you wanted to post, just to prevent from having multiple threads with the same/similar discussion. And place them into the right folder.
5. Respect Everyone
We must treat everyone with respect, and as equals and look after our fellow vampire lovers. We like to think that this group is fun for everyone.
6. Book Contests/Giveaways
Terms and Conditions:
Members aged 17 and under must ask permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter any contest or book giveaway. This means, you must have parents consent, as well as their approval to sign the form and provide a valid email. Reasons are for your own safety of privacy because you will need to provide an address for the prize to be sent to.
Members aged 18 and over must provide proof of age and a valid email address. Again, this is for your own safety.
Prizes may vary, and contests dates could be subject to change at any time, but you will be notified beforehand.
**All forms and private content such as names, addresses, and emails will be deleted after the contest is closed, so nothing will be archived for future use or reference in order to protect your privacy**
