"Twenty Ten" Challenge
2010 flew by! So many great books were released, did you have a chance to read them all? Here's your chance to catch up on some you might have missed.

Duration: 3 months (From the date you start; No earlier than 1 Feb 11; please list your start/end dates)

Rules: Pick 10 of the 20 categories below. Read one book for each category you choose. You may post your list now or as you read. Two non-PNR/UF are allowed, except where a specific genre is listed. Re-reads are not allowed. Any format is allowed.

I'll have to think about this one. I'm not sure I have much actually published in 2010. I wasn't able to acquire as many new books last year. But I'll do some book perusing tomorrow (too tired tonight) and see if I can do this one. (I don't do challenges that require me to either buy a lot of books or get them from the library-I have too many here.)

I don't know, don't turn on the computer because you are actually reading, god forbid, and great challenges pop up. LOL.

Have a question about categories:

1. A new PNR book/series started in 2010
2. A new UF book/series started in 2010

"Started" means the series started (first book written was published in 2010 like ) or we/I/you started reading the series in 2010?

And this one...
7. An author who wrote only Adult novels, but published a YA release in 2010

Does it mean we can read any book by that author or does it mean we have to read the 2010 YA release by that author? (that question extends to the other similar categories...like new author to you who published a book in 2010...does it have to be the 2010 released book?)

Hey, Judithe. Sorry for the confusion. Not sure if it helps, but I've edited the category info in post 1. Hopefully that makes a bit more sense. Let me know if not. Mainly trying to focus on books released and/or series you started in 2010.

ETA: I know you and some others may have trouble getting your hands on new releases, if you have a book you'd like to read for a certain category, but aren't sure if it'll fit, just let me know. You know me, I'm pretty flexible. It's all for fun, anyhoo. :)
