So how does this work? You start with a book tital and author. Example:

Bitten by Kelley Armstrong

The next person must find either another book with the same title or an author with the same first or last as the current author.

So You could either write:

Bitten by Sherri L. King

Real Women Don't Wear Size 2 by John St. Kelley

If things get crazy and you're having a tough time finding a book or author then you can start improvising with name variations. For example Kelley could be spelled as Kelly or Kelli. Also, if you had Patricia you could substitute a shorter version such as Pat. Also, if you know of a name that is usually substituted for one name in another country (can't think of any examples at the moment - if anyone can think of one let me know an I'll put the example in), but you can use those as well.
