Just wondering what other's are reading? Right now I've got Knit Together: Discover God's Pattern for Your Lifeon my Kobo....I love that I can take books out from the library! I'm still figuring out how exactly to add and remove books, but I love being able to carry my "book" with me!

Just finished The Pale Blue Eye by Louis Bayard -- brilliant book. I posted a review here.

Previous Kobo purchased book was Annabel by Kathleen Winter -- one of the short-list titles for the 2010 Scotiabank Giller Prize -- and, yes, another book whihc will sit with you after your have come to the end. I posted a review here.

I'm reading the Nora Roberts Sign of Seven Trilogy and just finished a Debbie Macomber Christmas book called Angels Everywhere! Chapters doesn't usually put them out until about November but on my Kobo I can get them at any time of the year!

I am currently reading Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire. Thank goodness for the kobo, ive wanted to read her books for awhile, but her books are always in such small print, now that i finally have a kobo i can finally read her books :)

oooh Interview with the Vampire was a good one! One of the first Anne Rice books I ever read! And I agree with you about the Kobo. Best. Purchase. Ever.

I'm currently reading "Heat Wave" by Richard Castle, "Stuck in the Middle" by Virginia Smith (Free on Kobo/Borders store), and "James Potter and the Hall of Elders Crossing" by G. Norman Lippert (off of GoodReads), and the Sarah Dessen Sampler (also free from Borders).

Having just finished Giles Blunt's Forty Words for Sorrow , a police procedural set in Northern Ontario (published in 2000 and the first of seven Detective Inspector John Cardinal stories), I needed a change of pace:
The Hotel Majestic by Georges Simenon, one of 70-odd Inspector Maigret novels, this one from 1942. That's closely on the heals of Ms Christie's book.

I'm currently flopping back & forth between which is a grotesquely fascinating Big Book of Bigotry for 19th century children; and by William Morris

Finally got around to finishing Dr. Scudder's masterpiece; that was... interesting. Now I'm gonna see if I can't polish off House of the Wolfings within a respectable time-frame.

I have moved The Beekeeper's Apprentice from my TBR pile to Currently Reading. Just one chapter in and ... loving it! Laurie L King began her Mary Russell - Sherlock Holmes series with this book. So far, I have only read Locked Rooms which, as it turns out, is the 8th entry in the series. I reviewed that title here.

And, yes: I am reading on my Kobo Touch. I just got awarded the "Your TV is feeling lonely" because I have read five times during prime time, 8 pm to 10 pm. Who knew?

I just finished reading Julie Klassen book "The Silent Governess. " It's a beautiful book. Now I'm onto Gilbert Morris's "The Fields of Glory." Which is his fourth book to the Wakefield Dynasty.

I'm currently reading . It's part of the book of the month for the chicklit book group.

I just downloaded "The Language of Flowers" by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. I'll start it when I'm waiting at the Dr. office later this morning.

Maybe you could help with my dilemma: I started reading A Game of Thrones after Game of Thrones premiered on HBO. Should my next read be the rest of the series (and spoil the next seasons) or should I hold off and read them as the show progresses?

I'm starting A Game of Thrones today. I purchased the epub even though we already have all of George R.R. Martin's books in the house in paperback form. I know you guys will understand :)

Just finished my first ebook - Fer-de-Lance, which I got from the library. First time to read Rex Stout's book. Lots of fun. I've already downloaded next ebook from the library - Buckingham Palace Gardens. I've read many of hers on paperback, and feel a bit strange to read on Kobo.

I am reading The King of the Badgers. I am 26% of the way through, and am quite enjoying it. It was reviewed in the Sunday NY Times and got a good review, and was well reviewed in Britain when it was released earlier this year. I am quite enjoying it.

I've just started Agatha Christie's books. I hope they dont disappoint! Some of the older mysteries are written in a difficult stylebut so far so good!

I just finished Blue Bloods, which is a YA vampire novel... didn't like it so won'y be bothering with the rest of the series. Once my Kobo has updated itself I am starting Paul O'Grady's autobiography "At My Mother's Knee".

I'm reading "Into the Wilderness" by Sara Donati, and so far I'm really enjoying it!

I'm reading The Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon. Not my first time reading it, but is just as enjoyable as the first time.

Now reading Handler's Break by Ingrid Moon. She is getting ready to do her second book to follow Handler's Break and I want to reacquaint myself with the characters.

I just finished Memoirs of an Imaginary Friend: A Noveland it is my favorite book by far this year. I know I will be rereading it and can hardly wait for enough time to pass so I can!

I finished Handlers Break and then read Lynne Stevie's book,Angel's Kiss. Now I am contemplating on what to read next. Paolini? Moon? Any suggestions?

I am currently reading "The Stand" by Stephen King. I watched the movie years ago, and I am a firm believer in "the book is always better than the movie," so I thought I would give it a go.

I'm rereading PB Ryan's Nell Sweeney series.

Unfortunately it is not available on Kobo for some reason. My next Kobo read will be from Courtney Milan.

I really enjoyed The Beekeeper's Apprentice and will be reading the second book A Monstrous Regiment of Women next.

I am almost finished the freebie Anna Karenina (I think, for some reason my kobo touch tells me I am only 1% through it but after reading for a month I must be further than that!)

I tend to read on my kobo when I am away for work or holidays so read more of the YA and mysteries on the kobo (and the free classics) and read my literary fiction on paper.

I've noticed the 1% thing too! However, it only does that with a book that I've actually purchased from Kobo itself. If it's a book I've bought from somewhere else then it shows the correct percentage. Goodness knows why?!

So far, Anna Karenina is the only one that showed 1% read on the kobo. Weirdly (is that a word?) it showed 94% on my desktop.

i havent had any of those problems tho, my kobo tends to jump back a page or two when i want to go to the next page.

And I thought that problem was just me! lol

kobo told me to do a factory reset again...havent had the time as yet to fiddle around with it.

Reading Palindrome by Stuart Woods...then jumping to 2 hard cover books (Michael Connelly and Lee Childs)then back to my kobo for The Birth house by Ami Mckay...

I have had o factory reset before bcz my Kobo Glo got stuck but when I did the reset all my stuff was still there...
