Robert pulled out his I.D.

Robert waited.

Robert let go of it. What's wrong with her he thought.

"No, now please hand me the cube."

"You need to give it to me, it's dangerous!"

"I can't tell you."

"It's for research on weapons tech" he lied.

"Yes" he lied again.

"Well you seem so persistent, and I won't hurt a civilian. But I will call in back up and they will."

"The soldiers I'll call to come take the device."

"Thank you" he said taking.

((BTW it's as big as a head.))

"One moment" he said, calling his CO back.

"Alright," he said hanging up, "You can come."

Robert got in the car and started the engine. Once she was in the car he started off towards the mountain base.

"No, it's not secret" he lied.

"We believe it to be a transmitter" he lied again. He hated all the lying, but it was necessary.

"No, for missiles."

"We believe it's sending out a signal for hostile missiles to target."

"We knew it was being placed some where, we weren't sure where though. We've dealt with this before."

"There are very few."

"Cheyenne mountain."

"The technology your holding is secret."

Robert pulled into the underground parking lot and led her into the base inside the mountain.

"Robert! General O'neil wants to speak with you and your guest" a private yelled to him down a hall.
"Thanks Seth," he yelled back, "Follow me."

Robert walked to a door at the end of the hallway and knocked. "Come in" he heard from inside."
He opened the door, walked in and saluted."You wanted to see me sir?"
"Yes, at ease. Who is our guest?"

"I hear you found a device?"

"And did you tell her what it was for" O'neall asked Robert.
"Yes, I told her it was a beacon for missile strikes."

"You want missiles to be pounded on your house from outer space" O'neall asked.

"Well, we have no right to take it then. You'll just be the first to die a horrible, painful death when they launch those missiles full of deadly poisons."

"Does it look like I'm lying?"

"I can see your not going to give it up willingly. Guards!" The guards came in and grabbed her by the arms.

Robert took the cube. "You can let her go now boys."

The guards grabbed her again as soon as she tried.

Robert walked away with the cube. The guards let her down when he was gone.

"Escort her out please" O'neall said.

"That's exactly why we're not letting that thing out of this facility."

"We only wanted the transmitter."

"They're going to escort you to the surface."

"Let her go. Make sure she goes to the surface, no where else."

"After her" the first guard shouted.

"Hands in the air" a voice commanded from behind her.

"Who are you" the man said.

"Code three organization huh, yeah, right! Hands behind your back!"

"Code three organization isn't even real."

"Hands behind your back! I will shoot you!"

"General Buckshaw?"

"Hands against the wall!"

The guard grabbed her hands and put them in cuffs. He pushed her down the way he hand come. They passed a window and through it there was a large stone ring with strange symbols. The ring suddenly shot out a large blue wave and then settled. "Sh**" the guard exclaimed.

"Nothing! Kepp walking!"
