I have no idea how many pages I read in a week let alone a year so I really don't know how much to "pledge". Just going to start counting and see what I end up with.
Since the first I have been keeping a reading diary and writing how much I read on that day.
At the end of the month I will total it up and post it in my #2 post. By using the edit option.
Feel free to use whatever option you'd like to.

January: 1432 pages
February: 1464 pages

February : 5039 pages, 19 books
March : 4537 pages, 14 books
April: 4988 pages, 15 books
May: 5640 pages, 14 books
June: 5734 pages, 19 books
July: 5953 pages, 17 books
August: 5345 pages, 18 books
September: 6110 pages, 18 books
October: 5825 pages, 15 books
November: 4162 pages, 14 books
December:

Are you using the page counter from GR Anne? I'm not real convinced that it's accurate. I count them myself and you have to watch which edition of the book you choose because hardbacks, paperbacks and ereaders have different amounts.

My target for the year is 60 books"
Well Dave it looks like you are ahead of schedule.

Yep about 3 books ahead at the moment. I've been reading a few short books recently (mostly Sherlock Holmes and dr who novels) which have helped get the numbers if not the pages up quick.

I have been using the one on Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ, but I do try to make sure I selected an edition with the right number of pages. I'll have to take a look that I didn't miss any. I've been reading several very long books this year, so I've also been reading some more "fluff" to give myself breaks. That might be why the total looks weird. My total is going to jump dramatically when I finish some of the books I'm working on right now: A Game of Thrones, Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Autobiography, Vol 1, The Origin of Species, and Anna Karenina (obviously I have eclectic taste).

And I'm not going to manually keep track, sigh..."
Derrick, when I read an ebook I choose the hardback edition. It's stupid that the ebook aren't page numbered because they obviously have pages they are just electronic.

44 books
13,872 pages
Not counting books that are eBooks only. I don't read many of these. One cannot give them page numbers, but could use their size in words or kilobytes.
