Aloha | 919 comments Oh, that's right. Somewhat had inputted that in error because the author is Hofstadter. I think it's the same book.

Aloha | 919 comments Maybe not. It's a book about a book? It's a way to test our cognition. LOL. But the one I have is by Hofstadter.

A friend from work just lent me this book last week. I haven't started it yet, but it sounds quite interesting. It's next on my list after I re-read Good Omens.

Kris | 3 comments decided to continue reading At the Gates of Darkness, college had forced me to unwillingly drop the book because of academics. i was reading Murder In La Mut, but I can't seem to find my paperback copy after i moved into my new dorm (great sadness).

PatrickC2010 | 7 comments Just finished Redshirts and enjoyed it greatly, until the second half of the main story when it veered off the deep end of meta. The three Codas afterwards were unreadable, for the same reason that I don't read 4chan or Reddit posts when I want read a good novel. Ultimately I lemmed it during the codas.

I believe you posted in the wrong thread. Look for a July 2012 thread or create one if its not there. This is a old May Thread.
