I was sent this book as an advanced copy by the publisher via NetGalley for reviewing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

I read this novella slowly, on sleepless nights, and I was surprised at the ease in which I got into the story and this world. The writing was immersive and almost lyrical, which sometimes works for me and sometimes it doesn't.
