There's no doubt that McCutcheon is intelligent and has thought deeply about what goes into great coaching and great team success. He distills many coaching concepts and issues into an understandable and actionable framework that coaches of any sport can use. An important caveat: I only glossed over the second half of the book because I am mainly interested in two-player, zero-sum games.
With that said, I found the authors� approach very interesting and different from other introductory books I have read in the area.
