liked it
I wanted to like this one so much more than I did. It centers a trans woman, explores the richness and variety of Asian identities (especially revolving around food) and blended families, underscores the importance of subjective art in an increasingly technical and literal society, etc, but that is its ultimate downfall- there’s just *too much* going on; it feels a bit rushed in the end.
