really liked it
I enjoyed this historical fantasy! A grand adventure that the storytelling captured. A strong-headed, stubborn FMC. Scoundrel, Han Solo-esque love interest. I struggled with the pacing of the plot toward the end but overall really enjoyed this. Realizing I would love to read a historical fantasy fiction based in this time period from someone with Egyptian heritage and Egyptian MCs!
