In this book Mercy and Adam are separated (not by choice) and I find myself really missing the interaction between them. The plot is moving along nicely, and the villains are scary, but I miss the fun of their relationship.

I should've waited to read this one till life slowed down a little. I'm slogging through because it requires more brain power than I have to give right now. On an interesting side note, my 12yo picked it up off the counter and started it. I'm not sure how much she's actually getting out of it, but she is quite enjoying it. 😮

I'm getting bogged down in the love triangle/"angsty-ness" of this one. Ready for more action.

It's really dragging, interesting enough to finish, but man, I feel like I've been reading this one forever.

I keep putting this one down in favor of picking up a library book. In fairness, it's not because this one isn't good, it's because the library is closing soon.

I'm in the middle of chapter 7 and it's so over the top heavy handed that I want to scream. I'll give it a little longer because it was recommended to me by an acquaintance years ago, but right now it looks like it's headed for the gave-up-on pile!

Slow start, but it's ramping up. I love the quirky characters.

So far the writing is horrible and I've put it down several times. I'm wondering why I continue to pick it up again. I guess it's like the car accident or train wreck you pass and you just can't look away. =-O

Started out with a really intriguing premise, it's turning into violent "meh."

Some twists that I definitely didn't see coming. Not sure how I feel about this.
