What is it with classic SF writers and their obsession with sex? Anyway, the books started to grow on me.

I think the author does novellas better. It's still good but I do not understand why Fatma suddenly becomes this knows-nothing helpless character.

The book is mostly great. Depressing as hell but it should be. What surprises me is the sexism and all the sexual objectification of Alia. She’s 16.

Hmm, not sure what I think of these stories. Strange and a bit empty.

Long but I like. 176 pages in and we are still meeting the team that will travel to get the cattle.

Glad to come back to this book after a bit of a pause. Listened to 12% Today which is a lot, taking in consideration it has 800+ pages.

Great stuff. Gross sometimes. Funny many times
