I do not get this very often, but when I do it is a hard thing to get through. In order for me to write a scene I have to be able to see it in my mind first. Whenever I get writer's block, I turn of my computer and listen to music instead. I have found that I create plots and scenes best when listening to movie scores. The Pandora Film Scores station has helped me through all kinds of writer's block.

When I first sat down to write DROPLETS, I found that the most fun thing about writing was the way in which the story took shape on its own. Many of the characters' actions and some of the scenes in the novel were not planned, but happened through the book writing itself.
