I have a mantra “Learn It. Document It. Share It. Keeping a journal and regularly documenting my insights has helped me produce most of my non-fiction books. Life tends us to take us on journeys that, if well-documented, can make wonderful books. It’s better to document as you go than to go back and try to re-capture what you thought, felt or did in any given moment.(less)

My whole life he and my mother have taught me about freedom. My mother passed away in spring of 2017, and since that time I’ve become acutely aware that my father and his wisdom won’t be with me forever.

Restoring Liberty: Personal Freedom & Responsibility in America is a combination of my father’s insights and my own. Spurred on by a time when there is so much anger, hostility and conflict over politics, this book as an attempt to get to the root of the matter personal responsibility and freedom in America. My hope is that by understanding the core principles which govern freedom more people will be able to have intelligent, calm and respectful conversations that will lead to restoring and maintaining our freedoms in the United States.(less)

Unleash Your Soul’s Song: Childhood Could Be The Key

My friend Lisa Rae Preston used to tell me that our childhood holds the keys to our life purpose and our mission or what I would call your “Soul’s Song. What interested you back then? What hobbies did you pursue? They are clues even if they are only symbolic clues of what you’re here to be and do on the planet. Recently, I gained some incredible insight into my purpose and message by reflec

“Under the guise of making classes of people victims, those in power seductively enslave the masses through entitlement.”
Marnie Pehrson Kuhns, Restoring Liberty: Personal Freedom and Responsibility in America

“The heart is the infinite, divine part of you (your spirit). Your spirit knows who you are and what you're here to do. The heart is your inner knowing, the part of you that transcends mere emotions or intellect and sees and knows the path you need to follow.”
Marnie Pehrson Kuhns, Confidence Rising!: Trust Your Heart. Be Yourself. Bless Lives.

“The truth is every single one of us possesses lights and shadows. And everything serves us on some level.

Other people have their freedom to choose how they think, feel, believe and act. We need not be offended by anything anyone else says or does. By law, some actions will bring natural consequences that are less-than-pleasant. These natural laws govern reality ... whether we understand, know about, or believe in them or not.

The core truth is that freedom comes when we stop worrying about what other people think, feel, or believe; and concern ourselves with our own integrity, our own personal responsibility and our own alignment with the natural laws that govern freedom.

As we move out of blame, shame and victimhood, we come to a place of true personal empowerment and freedom. We come to understand that we cannot personally be free until we respect the freedom of every other person on this planet. We cannot fully express our highest and best selves until we respect other people's law-abiding-right to express themselves.”
