CJR Isely is an American author of medieval fantasy. She has harbored a love for fantasy, medieval history, horses, and adventure for her entire life.

Her first book - Ranger of Kings- was originally written when she was 12. After that, she quickly penned five more in what would become the William of Alamore series.

However, it wasn't until another 12 years had past that she would pursue releasing her novels.

Now, with the release of Blood of the Crown, she has released the full William of Alamore series and pursues further stories.
