In a couple of days, I'm off to Italy. I've arranged to meet master pizza chef Enzo Coccia in Naples, who wrote "The Neapolitan Pizza: a scientific guide about the artisanal process". It's part of my research for an upcoming Galactic Culinary Society story...

Enzo has kindly offered to give me a lesson on how to make Neapolitan pizza. Let's hope it goes better than my attempt at making a sourdough bread under the virtual guidance of Xbox inventor, physicist and sourdough expert, Seamus Blackley! (you can see the disastrous results of that on my Facebook page: ).
