Rod Kierkegaard Jr. is a writer and cartoonist best known in the US for his comic strip, â€œRock Operaâ€�, which ran as a regular feature in Heavy Metal Magazine during the 1980s.

He is the author of two French graphic novel collections, â€œStars Massacreâ€�, (released in the US as â€œShooting Starsâ€�) and â€œRock Monstresâ€�, both published by Editions Albin Michel, Paris. His first novel, â€œObama Jones & The Logic Bombâ€�, is published by Dogma Press.

â€�The Department of Magicâ€� and â€�Family Cursemasâ€� are Rodâ€™s first published works through during the 2011 Holiday season, followed by â€œThe God Particleâ€� in early 2012. ...more
