Mennonite on the Edge - Free Romance Read thru Weds 3/11
Hi friends,
To mark this mad month of March, I'm giving away the Kindle of Mennonite on the Edge (thru Weds 3/11). Stay safe and read a book!
Here's a great review snippet by a happy reader:
"Mary Jo is struggling with her decisions and decides to leave Adam in New York while she goes back to Pennsylvania for a visit with her family and friends. While she loves Adam deeply she needs to find a way to balance her life and find a way to be happy once again. Her heartache is very believable while reading MENNONITE ON THE EDGE and I found myself holding my breath wondering what was going to happen to this couple."
Alert: contains implied sex & alcohol. Not a "Clean Romance" genre book.
Happy reading! I'm always thrilled by your positive reviews, so please send me your thoughts via Amazon, or facebook, or however you'd like. Many blessings.

Writing my book helped me find happiness
When I was in my mid-twenties and depressed, I didn't know what to do with myself. I'd left my husband and my studies and my job. I wanted to find my happiness again, but I honestly didn't expect to find it.
I just posted a video snippet about this:
I followed an inspiration I'd had a year before to write stories gathered from my Pennsylvania Dutch grandparents. I did this with the help of my mom, who set me up with my aunt and uncle. I lived with them for nine months while working on healing -- and writing my book.
Here is why I believe in inspiration more than almost anything. That year gave me so much -- I healed a rift with my religious heritage, I began to heal the rift with my husband. I began to open to a new spiritual self. All from following one thread of an idea. I followed it and let that year unfold and change me.
This had nothing to do with publication. But everything to do with the creative process. It had everything to do with following that "still small voice" within.
