Max Vos is a classically trained chef with over 30 years of food service experience. After retiring in 2011, Max found himself with time on his hands and turned his talents to writing. 鈥楥ooking English鈥�, a short story, was his first published work, and has two others currently in publication, and he has just completed his second novel.
