I just hit 50,000 followers here on ŷ! I’m so excited! I’ve been on ŷ since February of 2013. I’ve met and interacted with so many amazing readers. I’ve been invited to meet the wonderful people at ŷ in San Francisco. I’ve met great people there. I’d like to give a special think you to Mimi Chan who has such enthusiasm and a true love of books, authors and readers.

First, let’s reflect a bit.

description

The year has just flown by. 2022 was a challenge.
I love that readers gave a chance and that the book did even better than I expected. Thank you! The fact that this book hit so many bestseller lists just blew me away.

was so fun to write. I appreciate reader following along in this very different direction for the series. Just wait until you read !
took us to our first non-Ferraro hero Eli! The arranged marriage trope is a favorite and this couple ended up such a power couple.

was the next in my romantic thriller series. I learned a valuable lesson with that book I am NOT a good card player. LOL

allowed me to take some new turns with this series. I got to go back to the Lycans, which I really enjoy.

And then was a surprise even to me! I thought I knew who I was going to write about and then two very new characters came out demanding their story be told first! LOL

2022 was special for a lot of reasons but for me I was extremely proud that this was my son, , first book release- . I really enjoyed doing some promo together. We did interviews and went to Hawaii for an event. So much fun!

Now let’s look into the crystal ball toward the future!
I’m hopeful that 2023 will be even better.

Brian has a new book coming out Feb. 21st called . I’m so excited for him! He is now a USA Today bestselling author and I hope readers will discover him. His series is so different! And if you'd like a signed and personalized copy of Harmony of Lies you can find it at !

My 2023 line up has new releases, re-releases with new covers and mass market releases!

description

is my first new release of the year. It will be out January 24th. This is Master’s book and it was a bit surprising for me as well.

brings us back to Team 3 in San Francisco. I’ve never written a novel quite like this one and I’m so curious as to what my readers will think. That book will be out May 2nd.

will be released Aug. 22nd. At least tentatively. When the release dates are this far out they are always subject to change. This book takes us to the New York Ferraros where Geno, the head of the family in New York, is our hero. Not to worry, you’ll still see some of our Chicago family.

is the next Dark/Carpathian novel, and it will be released, tentatively, Oct. 3rd. We’re still with the ancients. I’m about to start work on that book very soon.
I am hoping to attend some events this year but can’t really say which ones just yet.

For those of you who have been waiting for a new Carpathian Guide, we hope to that that up in 2023! If you've never seen the guide you can see it on my community. Sign up .

If you’re still reading this rather long blog, thank you.

To celebrate the milestone 50,000 followers here on ŷ I thought I’d do a giveaway here from my blog.

message 1: by Maureen (last edited Jan 05, 2023 07:48AM) (new)

Maureen Gianinio Oh this is wonderful! Congratulations on reaching 50k! I loved all the books of 22 and am anticipating each book in 23! But Savage Road was my favorite not just because I love this couple and their growth as individuals and a couple, and not just because of all the revelations about TI plotlines and the possible dangers coming, but because of that dedication, It will always be special for that reason alone! Hugs and Happy New Year!

message 2: by Stephanie (new)

Thank you for everything you write and do. Also thank you to her team who helps her to be able to do what she does. Much love and support paige

message 4: by Heather (new)

I know its not likely ill win, but just know, your books have gotten me through some terrible times and i re read them lots! Thank you for the chance! Congratulations on 50K! Happy New Year! 💜💚

message 5: by Otilia (new)

Otilia Naidoo Awesome! Congratulations I Loved the books that you wrote in 2022, I had quite a few Favorites starting with Savage Road, phantom Game, Shadow Fire, was excited for Eli to get his story, Red on the River was also Amazing , I lived in Las Vegas at the time , it gave me a Taste of being at a poker tournament since I am not a gambler and disinterested venture to the strip too often! Leopard Scar was a surprise didn’t know what to expect from 2 new character but Gedeon and Meiling stole my heart! I lLoved it so much that I read and listen to it multiple times, was very hard to let go, they have become my Favorite couple behind Jake and Emma. The Leopard Series is my Favorite ! It got me staring to read your books! 🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

message 6: by Becki (new)

Becki Congratulations on reaching 50,000 my favorite book last year was all of them. But I especially loved Dark Tarot, although I'm looking forward to Recovery Road

message 7: by Amy (new)

Amy Ikari Congratulations! Thank you for your great books! I really am enjoying your Shadow, Dark, and Torpedo Ink Series. I am looking forward to Master’s book and have it preordered twice.

message 8: by Alys (new)

Alys Baldwin Congrats on this. All of your books are fantastic.
I’m most looking forward to the return to team 3 with the GhostWalkers Ghostly Game. Also I’ve become a huge TI fan so Recovery Road is something I can’t wait to get my hands on.

message 9: by Renae (new)

Renae Parish This is so exciting. I loved Shadow Fire, but I can't wait for Recovery Road as I also love TI. Red on the River was a very close 2nd for me. I loved Brian's Harmony of Fire, and look forward to Harmony of Lies

message 10: by Barbara (new)

Barbara Miller Congratulations on a great milestone!! I’m not surprised though. You are my favorite author! I love your books. It’s been an exciting journey. I love the Carpathian world and can’t stay away too long. I’m a chronic re-reader of these books I must admit. The world you created is a place where dreams can come true. I love this world.
I love the Leopard world too. It’s such a different vibe but it a really good way. More modern than the Carpathian world but still a in the vein of living with honor and dignity and I love that.
And then along came Torpedo Ink!!!! My mind was blown!
Christine I don’t know if I have any words to describe how I feel about this series. Just saying Torpedo Ink, well, my heart speeds up, my breath catches in my throat. It’s a total physical and psychological reaction.
I want to wrap this club up in a giant bubble wrap hug and protect them from any more pain! Ha, I know they would hate that. These men and women blow me away. They would not see themselves as I see them. They are survivors in every sense of the word. They are brave and strong and magical.
My heart breaks for them and I want to destroy anyone who ever tries to hurt them again. I get this deep protective streak, da**. It’s hard to explain. Just suffice to say the way you write these beautiful, damaged souls is so extraordinary that it evokes such emotion in me, it’s overwhelming. I’ve yet to pick up one book in the series that I can put down once I start. I actually feel this world I live in fall away and I disappear into the TI world. I dread when they are over. It takes days to shake off the effects of these books.
So, if you haven’t already figured it out, ha! I am so looking forward to Master’s book! It’s on pre-order.
I loved all of the books this last year, but I have been waiting ever since Savage’s books to get the next one!!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with the world!

Leopard's Scar was different and kept me on my toes. Dark Whisper was awesome and amazing as well. Now if I can just wait till Recovery Road comes out in 20 days. Thank you Christine for fulfilling my book needs. Susan Eichler

message 50: by Jackie (last edited Jan 05, 2023 12:06AM) (new)

Jackie Monnin Congratulations on 50k readers! I loved all of the 2022 releases. I loved both of Savage’s books! I love Torpedo Ink! Dark Whisper and Dark Tarot have been my favorite in the Dark series, I have now bought both sets of tarot cards and boxes. I can’t wait for the other two gatekeeper’s books.

I started with the Leopard series with my mom. We would read each of your books and discuss each of them together. She was bedridden the last four years of her life and this was something that she and I could share. I have since bought and read all of your books. I feel it still brings me close to her.
