Did anyone think it completely bizarre that Jaycee states in her 12/22 journal that she would never change a thing about her life, and that she would never turn back the clock and change the way things workout? She then goes further on to explain that she has no scars only scratches from her experience. Really?? A few scratches from being kidnapped, raped at 11, pregnant twice by her rapist, forced to live in filth

I'm reading tons of these documentaries and it seems it's obligatory to sound positive, otherwise, I guess, publishers assume it wouldn't sell. It's all smiles and bleached teeth, show must go on. The other comments to your question are just the proof. People are messing up their panties from how "positive" she is. (less)

Does anyone else wonder if Garrido just lost interest in Jaycee sexually after she had the second daughter since she never again mentions that he was forcing her to have sex with him past the age of 18? i find that she talk about the rapes so much between the ages of 11-18 and no mention of it If he was still raping her, and she wasn't on birth control, surely she would have gotten pregnant again in 11 years!
