2. Be open to new ideas. Some things may be hard to discuss or hear. Try to listen with an open mind rather than feeling defensive.
3. If you do start to feel defensive, take some time away from the screen to consider why that is and share your reflectrions with the group if you feel you can.
4. Do what you can do. Keep your foot on the gas but don't feel bad if you fall behind. No one is keeping score so do what you can do!
