Atheism and Religious Disbelief in Children's Fiction
While there are thousands of children's books with characters who believe in a deity and attend religious services, there are relatively few children's books in which characters express doubt about the concept of deities or the veracity of religion. This list focuses on books published for children (under the age of 13) in which atheism and religious disbelief are portrayed in a positive manner.
