There are reviews written by English speakers who are frustrated in trying to read this book. I don't understand this issue by English speakers, but there it is. Many English speakers cannot decipher the lines in these books. Since I don't have this issue, I can't understand it, actually. But there is no denying there are many reviews by English readers who can't seem to understand or follow the plot.

No. I think the language used would be difficult for an enligh language learner to understand.
